Aerosoft partnered with UberStrategist to support PR for the Early Access launch of The Bus, a simulation title focused on realistic bus driving. The campaign aimed to introduce the game to media and players ahead of its release and establish awareness within both simulation and broader gaming audiences.

The client’s goal was to generate strong visibility at launch through announcement coverage, previews, and influencer engagement. With a limited timeline of less than one month, the campaign required fast, coordinated outreach to secure meaningful coverage across key outlets.

Strategic Approach

We developed a focused launch plan built around announcement coverage and a full preview cycle. We secured an exclusive reveal with Shacknews and followed with broader outreach to expand visibility across simulation and general gaming media.

Our team supported the launch with asset-driven pitching, preview coordination, and consistent follow-ups to maximize coverage. We also complemented press outreach with organic influencer activations to extend visibility beyond traditional media.

Results

The campaign secured more than 100 pieces of coverage, including previews, news, and feature placements across outlets such as PC Gamer, Rebel FM, 4Gamer Japan, Kotaku, Gamersky, Bleeding Cool, Game Spark, TheGamer, and Happy Mag. This coverage introduced The Bus to a wide audience during its Early Access launch window.

Preview coverage and influencer activity helped highlight the game’s core features and build early interest among simulation and general gaming audiences. The campaign delivered strong visibility within a short timeframe and established momentum at launch.
