Job Title: Senior PR Account Coordinator
The Senior PR Account Coordinator provides essential support to the PR Manager by handling key aspects of campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working closely with a team to bring client campaigns to life. The Senior PR Account Coordinator will be responsible for drafting press materials, managing media outreach, and coordinating media responses. They will also play a key role in sitting in on client interviews, gathering client feedback on written materials, and supporting the ideation of campaign strategies. As an extension of the PR Manager, the Senior PR Account Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day campaign execution and helps maintain momentum when the PR Manager is unavailable.

- Location: Remote / Must be available to work standard business hours in Pacific, Central, or Eastern time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Act as an extension of the PR Manager in executing day-to-day campaign activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Media Outreach Support: Support media outreach efforts by drafting pitch materials, updating pitch lists, sitting in on client interviews, and coordinating timely responses to written interviews.
- Drafting: Draft press materials such as press releases, media alerts, and pitches based on direction from the PR Manager, ensuring alignment with client goals and messaging.
- Strategy Support: Contribute to the ideation process by providing creative input and insights into campaign strategies, aligning with the overall goals and direction set by the PR Manager.
- Reporting & Updates: Assist in reviewing and delivering campaign recaps, media coverage reports, and performance summaries for client updates, ensuring all information is presented clearly and effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of public relations or related administrative experience, ideally within an agency setting.
- Journalism, Marketing, or Communications degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Slack, and project management platforms such as Asana.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and maintain clear communication with team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supporting PR campaigns for gaming or tech clients.
- Understanding of public relations tools such as Meltwater or CoverageBook.
