The Front, Samar Studios’ debut, is an open-world survival crafting game set in a war-torn world where a Resistance battles a ruthless empire. With its closed beta and Early Access launch approaching, Samar Studios aimed to stand out in the competitive North American market.

To achieve this, Samar Studios teamed up with UberStrategist and United Empire for a 3-month campaign. Our goal: to generate buzz and ensure The Front captured gamers' and media's attention, paving the way for a successful launch.

Strategic Approach

To spark excitement for The Front in North America, UberStrategist timed Samar Studios’ trailers around key milestones. We collaborated closely with the IGN video team to secure prime placements across their channels—featuring the trailers on IGN's homepage, social media platforms, and the official IGN YouTube channel.

Our strategic partnership ensured that The Front consistently appeared in front of a highly engaged audience. This built momentum as the beta test and Early Access launch approached.

Results

Our PR campaign for The Front generated widespread media coverage and amplified the game's presence in the North American market. The strategic release of trailers and coordinated media outreach led to high-profile features on global outlets like Screen Rant, 4Gamer, PC Invasion, and Vandal.
