Challenges & Goals

MY.GAMES partnered with UberStrategist for PR support across its mobile portfolio and broader corporate initiatives. The engagement included high-profile live-service titles such as War Robots and Rush Royale, as well as company-facing efforts such as AdsAdvisor.

The goal was to raise visibility for both MY.GAMES’ mobile games and its wider business profile during a six-month campaign. UberStrategist was tasked with securing strong press traction for major mobile beats while also supporting the company’s longer-term corporate positioning.

Strategic Approach

UberStrategist focused on strengthening communications planning and helping the client approach outreach with clearer structure and stronger lead times. We worked to build targeted pitch lists, refine messaging, and identify the most compelling angles across both mobile updates and brand initiatives.

While much of the engagement required rapid response to evolving priorities, we established a steadier cadence through regular client meetings and collaboration. This enabled more effective pitching around key beats, including collaborations, interviews, and exclusive media opportunities tied to MY.GAMES’ top-performing titles.

Results

The campaign secured notable Tier 1 media coverage for flagship mobile games, including placements in IGN, Variety, GamesBeat, Game Informer, PocketGamer, VG247, and GamesIndustry.biz. One highlight was an exclusive reveal and interview with Game Informer for War Robots, tied to its collaboration with heavy metal band Sabaton.

In total, the engagement generated over 200 pieces of coverage across MY.GAMES’ mobile portfolio and brand announcements. With strong traction around key releases and collaborations, the engagement reinforced the publisher’s presence across top gaming and entertainment media.
