Consistent Campaign Support Fuels
Collaborative AAA Publisher Partnership

Challenges & Goals
Bungie engaged UberStrategist to provide PR support for its flagship titles, initially focused on North America. The studio needed a reliable partner to execute media outreach and coverage tracking across high-profile campaigns.
As the relationship has grown over three years, Bungie has expanded our work to include all English-language territories. Our role remains focused on execution, and we act as a trusted extension of their internal PR efforts.
Strategic Approach
Given the scale of Bungie’s brand and IP, high-quality coverage is essential. We rely heavily on our established media relationships to secure timely, high-impact coverage across each campaign. We also provide detailed coverage tracking to help the internal team stay informed about campaign reach, pickups, and sentiment.
Beyond campaign execution, we’ve also been called on to invite press to remote and in-person events, manage remote demonstrations and Q&As, and coordinate with partners like Sony PlayStation and Lucasfilm Games.
Results
So far, we’ve supported three Destiny 2 expansions—Lightfall, The Final Shape, and The Edge of Fate—and the reveal of Marathon. Our work includes global coverage across all English-language territories, and our campaigns continue to deliver consistent results across major outlets.
UberStrategist has become a trusted, reliable extension of Bungie’s internal PR team. Throughout our engagement, we’ve built a collaborative, supportive partnership with clear communication and shared goals. This has allowed us to work side-by-side with Bungie and other partners to keep campaigns on track and coverage flowing.
