Challenges & Goals

Neon Doctrine partnered with UberStrategist to support the launch of Yuppie Psycho: Executive Edition, a stylish survival horror game with a dark sense of humor. With only one month to deliver results, the challenge was to quickly boost visibility and reach the right players before the launch window closed.

UberStrategist was tasked with executing a focused, cost-efficient influencer campaign combining sponsored placements with organic creator interest. The goal was to spark strong awareness across Twitch and YouTube, while ensuring every activation reached highly relevant survival and horror audiences.

Strategic Approach

Our team compiled a curated list of content creators known for their focus on survival, horror, and narrative-driven games. We collaborated with a mix of sponsored and organic influencers, leveraging paid collaborations to amplify visibility and organic coverage to reach smaller but highly engaged communities.

Each creator received access to Yuppie Psycho: Executive Edition and shared gameplay videos and streams tailored to their audiences. This approach ensured consistent presence across Twitch and YouTube, and connected the game with players who actively follow the genre.

Results

The campaign generated over one million impressions in a single month through more than 35 pieces of content across Twitch and YouTube. The coordinated mix of sponsored and organic coverage created strong visibility and engagement at launch.
