War Robots Becomes More Accessible with Full Cross-Platform Feature

Amsterdam, Netherlands (November 19, 2025) MY.GAMES announces that War Robots, the tactical PvP mobile shooter developed by in-house studio Pixonic, is getting a major cross-platform update — introducing a new way for players to access the game from any supported platforms. The feature is available today on Android, iOS and PC across different stores.

For most of War Robots’ 11-year history, the project’s architecture was built to run on different systems, but wasn’t designed for cross-platform play. However, after studying players' needs and feedback, the team decided to rethink and essentially rebuild the game’s core components. Now, players can switch platforms effortlessly while keeping all their progress intact. Whether playing on PC at home or on mobile while traveling, robots and pilots remain safe and unlocked.

To transfer progress, players must link their profile to a special identifier called MY.GAMES ID — which can be done in the game's menu. Once linked, simply log in on a different platform to access all previous progress – including Tasks, Battle Crates, Clan contributions, and League standing.

The cross-platform feature is available today for the iOS, Android and PC versions (Steam and MY.GAMES Launcher) of War Robots. Currently, all players who use iOS, Android or MY.GAMES Launcher can transfer progress between their platforms. Steam users can transfer progress from Steam to any other platform.

Today, War Robots has more than 300 million installs across many different platforms and stores, with mobile being the dominant force: 98% of installs are from Android and iOS devices, versus 2% from PC. On mobile, Android takes the lead on the user base with 228 million installs and 73 million on iOS.

The game is available on Google Play, Amazon Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, Huawei AppGallery, OneStore and Xiaomi GetApps. Recently, a new way to access War Robots was introduced, with the release of the official APK (LINK). This is a safe and verified Android client for users who cannot access the game through the Android store in their region or are experiencing blocking issues. It supports automatic updates, making the installation process seamless and hassle-free.
