Challenges & Goals

Anybrain, an innovative AI-based anti-cheat software company, is reshaping the gaming industry by helping developers prevent cheating in real time. As a newer player in the market, Anybrain faced challenges building brand awareness, establishing thought leadership, and standing out in a competitive space.

To address these challenges, they partnered with UberStrategist for a 6- month content marketing campaign. Using thought leadership articles on the Anybrain blog, we aimed to establish Anybrain as a leader in next- gen anti-cheat solutions, educate the market on their differentiators, and drive traffic to their website.

Strategic Approach

To execute the campaign, we first developed a content calendar with blog topics centered around video game development and the problem of cheating in online games. We collaborated closely with Anybrain to ensure alignment and received pre-approval on topics before proceeding.

Each month of the collaboration, the UberStrategist team wrote one original blog post and edited one produced by the Anybrain team. Every piece of content was carefully optimized for SEO, ensuring relevant and high-volume keywords. Additionally, we focused on readability, formatting, content organization, and incorporating Anybrain's unique insights to develop their thought leadership and voice.

Results

The collaboration between Anybrain and UberStrategist was highly efficient, thanks to pre-approved blog topics, a detailed content calendar, and ongoing communication via a private Slack channel. Over the six-month campaign, we consistently published two blogs per month, resulting in a total of 12 articles.

This steady flow of content doubled monthly website traffic (103% growth) and also doubled the site’s number of keywords (104% growth). Backlinks also grew by 42%.

Months after the campaign, two of the blogs—Game Modding: A Comprehensive Analysis and Why Cheaters Cheat: The Psychological Factors Behind Cheating in Online Games—continue to be major sources of traffic, demonstrating the long-term impact of our content efforts.
